I saw a rerun of House – the episode “Who’s Your Daddy.” Ya, I also watch reruns
.
My favorite part was when House called in a young doctor exhibiting all the qualities of the possible sperm donors Cuddy chose. The young doctor was a little bit on the ‘nerdy’ side. Fine… more on the ‘nerdy’ side then. He was very smart, but during the so-called interview House arranged, he was very nervous and babbling.  Cuddy comes in, met the guy, was not impressed and realized what House was trying to prove.
House: “Genes matter. Who you are matters. Find somebody you trust.”
Cuddy: “Somebody like you?”
House: “Somebody you like.”
So true. Someone may really look good on paper and are as ideal in person, however I believe that the chemistry between two people and a bit of attraction matters more.
I know Cuddy won’t live with the “daddy,” but with her future child, she will. Yes, she will definitely love her child regardless. But I believe that part of the reason why we instinctively mate with the person we have that “connection” with or we’re attracted to, is to have the child we would want to have.

TV medical dramas
Three medical drama premieres that I watched this Fall: ER, Grey’s Anatomy, and House.

Loading …
House
What an amazing script with a touch of intrigue and not that kind that makes you wonder whether McThinksHesAllThat or McStupidVet would get the girl.  House is not your typical protagonist. He’s sarcastic, frank, insensitive, egotistic, persistent, inquisitive… brilliant.

Grey’s Anatomy
It’s a compelling drama… in a way that many of us can easily relate to the characters. Though for me, the show is caught up on too much petty drama. Does this show even have anything to do with medicine at all? Ummm… not so much. It’s a primetime soap opera.

ER
ER is now in its 13th season for a reason. It’s good TV. It just has the right amount of blood and tears.

Goodbye Stargate SG-1
[photopress:060822rd02.jpg,thumb,alignright]Sci Fi Channel has decided not to order more episodes of Stargate SG-1 after the 10th season that is currently airing. Stargate SG-1 is the longest-running science fiction series on US television to date.
[photopress:060822rd04.jpg,thumb,alignleft]I loved Stargate SG-1. And having a huge crush on Richard Dean Anderson (MacGyver) certainly helped. He did leave the show last season, and it broke my heart. When I heard that Stargate SG-1 is going off the air (at least on Sci Fi Channel), I was saddened, but not as much as when Colonel O’Neill (Anderson) left.
