I ordered two items from Amazon. One was shipped via USPS (the post office), and the other via UPS. I received the item via the post office February 27 regardless of weather conditions. The item via UPS was delayed twice. I don’t understand why it was delayed the second time when the weather was fine. Shipment date was changed from February 26 to March 2, but it was delayed again and didn’t receive it until March 3.
