Monica, this is my dream dress as well.. well minus the bling factor but I just tried it on in a bridal store that wasn't POB and they would sell me the sample one for $1,200 but it need a ton of alterations because I'm way smaller than their sample size. It is a bargin and I'm seriously considering it but I'm trying to find something similar that won't be a shock to my budget. I'm having a destination wedding and I'm also doing trash the dress pictures following. At the bargin price that's still a ton of money for a couple of hours. Wow! I barely started dress shopping last week and like you I also wanted something modern with clean lines, so far I have been unsuccessful, it seems everything has a lot of ruching, lace, bling etc or they are too plain. The dresses I seem to find online are out of my budget, Priscella and jim hjelm. I did try on 1 dress that I liked by casablanca bridal it's style 1910, has clean lines but nice details. Good luck! Then one of the assistants suggested that I look at their bridesmaid dresses as a lot of them come in white too. I was reluctant at first, however I did find quite a few that could easily pass for a simpler wedding dress in white and that I would seriously consider. The price is a big plus too.
