that sneaked through the night and left the morning like a ghost has devastated our basement yet again. I was sleeping soundly with the airconditioner noisily keeping the room cool. I woke up and found our basement flooded with 37″ of water!
The first time our basement got flooded, we had to patiently and painfully scoop the water out. We realized then that the drainage in the inside of the basement was closed. The drainage was open since then so when we got flooded yesterday, we just waited until the water drained out.Â
Then I remembered my die cutter and dies! I just got them and they could have been ruined. Of course they were the first things I salvaged from the basement.  I got them cleaned, dried, and WD40′d. So far, they’re fine. Thank goodness. Whew.
speaking of floods… I had my own share a couple days ago… I cant report for work in Makati City coz the streets in Manila are flooded…. too bad
